Educator

I teach Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in every curricular area. I have experience teaching Deaf students from pre-school to high school, most of whom have additional disabilities.

I am on the Board of Directors of Long Beach Public Media. As head of the Production Committee for KLBP, Long Beach Public Radio, I facilitate media workshops for our producers and the community.

I produce a storytelling program called Still Life, which airs on KLBP. Still Life is a 30-minute radio program highlighting the spirit and diversity of Long Beach.   When we listen we make connections.

My goal is to develop safe and engaging opportunities for people to interact with their community genuinely.
